Join Samantha Suragh  for Three Queens’ 8 Week Beginner Series. The Beginner Series is designed to provide the necessary tools to develop a life-long healthy yoga practice. 

Over the course of eight consecutive weeks, we will cover more than just the foundations of physical poses and alignment; we also offer an introduction to philosophy, exploration of breathing techniques, and an invitation for self-inquiry and discovery. Perfect for those taking their very first steps into yoga as well as students looking to expand their understanding of yoga fundamentals, this course informs and builds a practice that helps students feel better in body, mind, and heart. 

In each 75-minute session, there will be an introduction to new concepts and discussion thereof, followed by a physical practice focused on breaking down new poses and applying new techniques. We aim to provide a welcoming environment for students to ask questions, find comfort in their body and breath, and develop their own personal yoga practice.

This series is In Studio only. When you sign up you will receive a special welcome email from Samantha.  At this time, Three Queens requires proof of vaccination for all students. We will update you if anything changes.
