Basics classes are intentionally created for newer yoga students and students looking to get back into yoga.  Expect more detailed instruction and time for questions. Students will move from the floor to standing postures, often weight-bearing on the wrists and knees, with variations and pose modifications that encourage you. 

Props are provided for in-studio classes. This class is 60-75 minutes, including time for therapeutic rolling and savasana. Basics classes are taught from the same Three Queens guiding principles as our quarterly Beginner Series, but every teacher is unique. We encourage you to read teacher bios and try different classes to discover your favorite.
