Join Erick for Three Queens’ 8 Week Beginner Series, Monday nights at 6 pm starting September 25.

Our Beginner Series has successfully helped hundreds of new students discover the tools to develop a life-long healthy yoga practice. Designed intentionally for students taking their very first steps into yoga as well as students looking to expand their understanding of yoga fundamentals.

Over the course of eight consecutive weeks you can expect:
  • the foundations of physical poses and alignment
  • introduction to philosophy
  • exploration of breathing techniques
  • invitation for self-inquiry and discovery through mindfulness
  • weekly email check in 
  • 10 free classes upon graduation to get you started on your journey.

This course is for all who seek to feel better in body, mind, and heart. 

Erick DuPree is an experienced yoga teacher, trainer (E-RYT 500, Yoga Alliance) and Harvard trained Mindfulness Instructor. For the last 10 years he has taught beginner yoga, restorative yoga, and mindfulness meditation.  Erick is also the director of Three Queens Yoga.
