Three Queens prenatal yoga is an intentional space to meet the needs of pregnancy and motherhood in a supportive environment.

Learn to strengthen and relax your body, ease your mind and connect with your baby through yoga asana that helps prepare the body for labor and birth. You will learn how to alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy, such as back pain, hip pain, sciatica, heartburn, and swelling. 

The Prenatal Series is a wonderful opportunity to feel inspired and nourished in a community of women exploring the journey of motherhood through yoga. 

This class is for expectant mothers who are both non- experienced and yoga practitioners.
