Sunday Soul Session


An extended practice to drop in and chill out. 

This 2 hour session will feel much like a traditional (LB) practice but with even more time and space to explore the of nourishing, strengthening and healing sensations of movement. 

Class will include breath work, functional mobility exercises and asana to awaken and enliven you! 

All the things you love with double the time.
