every fourth friday of each month of 2023, join rebecca & kenny for a 2 hour session of restorative yoga, sound healing and reiki. we’ll spend an hour settling into the body with restorative yoga. and then turn to the magic of stillness and reiki. all the while, kenny will be playing his incredible assortment of percussion instruments to create a sound bath that will destress the body, mind and energetic field.
