This 30 minute Tantra Meditation is for all levels - from beginners to advanced practitioners. In this class, you will explore with breathwork, mudras, mantras, the yoga sutras, and tantric philosophy. You will be lovingly guided to ground yourself in the present moment, to calm the fluctuations of the mind, and to connect with your own true nature. In the process – per the authentic, sacred tradition of Tantra as it developed in India – you will also activate your chakras ("energy wheels"), purify your nadis ("energy channels"), and feel more love in your life.
