This is our signature class; warm and not hot--just right for safe stretching. You can adapt the practice with modifications in both directions. Each teacher has something different to offer breaking up the routines or patterns we create. Some teachers may offer breathing or pranayama and meditation or mantra.
 
Vinyasa is commonly known as the flowing sequence of yoga poses. It's also the science that cleanses and purifies our organs as it trains our mind to bring its attention inwards.
