Intro to BellyDance Workshop

Intro to Bellydance workshop,will cover basic Bellydance movements , isolations, and simple veil work.
Many movements will be using  core muscles, hips and gluts, as well as extending  the energy through the body from head ,to toe. 
We will do simple hip combinations, arms , endulations,simple turns ,and veil work, both stationary ,
and traveling  across the floor.
Bellydancing offers fluid rhythmic movements ,and body  awareness, that can be applied  to almost any dance style, and fitness workouts.
