Focusing on muscle strength, bone density, balance, and stamina, in this class you will develop yoga practices that are sustainable for a lifetime. Though the class is particularly applicable to those over 50 years of age, an exploration of a sustainable, life-enriching yoga practice is appropriate for all ages. Every body can benefit.
