Winter Solstice: Seasonal Sun Salutes & Sound Bath

Winter Solstice: Seasonal Sun Salutes & Sound Bath

Let’s observe the change of seasons, the end of 2021, and the Full Moon with a ritual of practicing 108 Sun Salutations followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath.

Mary Beth will lead us through 12 sets of 9 sun salutation sequence variations—with modifications encouraged to suit your needs. Move with your breath and rest as you need to. The magic is in the transformational journey, not the destination.

After savasana, we’ll take a short break and then - for in-person participants only* - you will settle into a cozy restorative pose for a lovely 35-minute sound bath offered by Michelle. Let the soothing sound waves of an ocean wave drum, crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes wash over and through you, ushering you into a state of deep relaxation and renewal as we prepare for the changing of seasons.

In-person space is limited to 12 people . Sign up early to secure your spot! (Virtual is unlimited)

*We regret that Zoom is unable to effectively transmit the sound bath for an immersive experience, so this part will only take place in the studio for in-person participants.
