In this slow flow class, you will create sustainable strength and deeper stillness. Students are guided to delve deeper into the many teachings of yoga through Asana (postures), Meditation, Pranayama (breath work), and Mantra. These ancient practices are also practical tools for self- regulation, supporting us during a time that sometimes includes stress and anxiety. Expect to move with synchronized breath, holding poses for longer periods of time, while cultivating a more deliberate practice, often with the use of props.
