The Vibe: Slow, deep, still and present
The Practice: Through gentle poses that are passively held on the floor and held for several minutes each, Yin reaches the connective tissues of the body, allowing greater space, mobility and elasticity around the joints, while relaxing the mind
The Community: Open to all, including athletes, older populations, and anyone with a fast-paced, physically demanding or stressful lifestyle and those who feel restriction or tightness
At Sky Yoga, classes are anchored in a thoughtful arc designed to offer space for students to have their own unique personal experience.
