Strength & Surrender

Warm up and wind down.

Begin practice with an active, dynamic vinyasa (45 minutes) to build strength. Then slow it down and surrender into a gentle yin based practice (30 minutes). Suitable for yogis of all levels, the combination of Yang (active) and Yin (passive) styles allow you to warm up the body and create heat in the beginning of practice, and then relax and restore at the end of practice.
