The Vibe: Slow, deep, still and present
The Practice: Slow paced with a light mix of breathwork and potential gentle movement, alongside longer held (five to twenty minutes) restorative postures supported by all the props
The Community: Open to all with many options + modifications offered
Optional: Please bring your own eye pillow covering (or a small hand towel) to support your rest practice
At Sky Yoga, classes are anchored in a thoughtful arc designed to offer space for students to have their own unique personal experience. Our practices are rooted in connection and encourage exploration to expand your body, mind and soul. Taught within an open level environment that welcomes diverse practitioners, our instructors provide clear guidance for meaningful movement, infusing each session with their unique energy drawn from their personal practices, studies, and life experiences. Students may encounter familiar cues from Vinyasa, Iyengar, Hatha, and mindfulness traditions in every class. With a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere, our classes invite you to co-create a fulfilling journey of growth and transformation.
