A blend of 4 disciplines - yoga, pilates, medical-fitness and strength training. The best concepts from each discipline are blended to open rotational movement of the hips, spine and shoulders to reduce pain from joint compression and muscle imbalances. This approach benefits all populations, by minimizing aches and pains and opening the body for a better state of mind and spirit.
