About Parker Holloway
Parker’s yoga and meditation practice is rooted in the genuine desire to help individuals connect to their bodies, their hearts, and to one in another in a community setting (whether virtually or in-person). Parker believes in collective liberation, meaning that all of our struggles are intimately connected and that social justice cannot be separated from the practice of yoga. Through nourishing our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies we are better positioned to support our community and thus help each other find their own version of liberation.

The way this shows up in Parker’s teaching, both on and off the mat, is in a space that is intentional, warm, accessible, and inclusive. Parker believes that every being that wants to come to class, more than deserves to be there. Through approachable poses, inclusive language, and a welcoming demeanor, he hopes to simply hold space and offer guidance to his students, emphasizing that students have agency over their own practice.
