Yinyasa

at Pine Street Studio (120 Pine Street Burlington, VT 05401)

Yinyasa is a combination of a vinyasa flow + yin, followed by savasana. Students can expect an all-levels practice incorporating centering, warm up shapes & breath-linked movements followed by long-held, deep openers targeting connective tissues including fascia & ligaments that support the joints. This class is ideal for someone looking for a balanced practice of both active, strength-based movement + quiet stretches focusing on increasing joint mobility.

Everyone is welcome in this class, some yoga experience encouraged but not necessary.
