Spring Yin Series

at Williston Studio (373 Blair Park Road
Suite 205 Williston, VT 05495)

This Yin Yoga series is designed to help you embody your physical and emotional experiences, cultivate body trust, and develop a deeper connection to your whole body. Through gentle, long-held poses, you will have the opportunity to tune into the sensations and wisdom of your body, allowing for a greater sense of self-awareness and self-compassion.

As you move through this series, you will be encouraged to practice whole body decision making, listening to the signals and messages that your body is sending you, and honoring its needs and boundaries. This can help you develop a stronger sense of agency and empowerment in your physical and emotional experiences, leading to greater self-confidence and resilience. Through the practice of surrender and acceptance in the yin shapes, you can cultivate a greater capacity for presence and resilience, allowing you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace.
