SPA Yoga

SPA Yoga is a slow flow, whole-body sensory experience. By engaging all of the senses with soft candlelight, soothing music, essential oils, hands-on assists and a renewed awareness of taste (with chocolate!), Spa aims to align practitioners with the inner wisdom of deep relaxation.
 
Practitioners can expect flowing, grounded movement to gently engage and warm up the muscles before transitioning into deep stretches and relaxing holds. The physical practice takes time to open the body’s subtle energy and prepares students to experience new depths of awareness in an extended, often guided, final relaxation.
 
Spa Yoga is ideal for students looking for a slower moving, grounded practice focused on stretching and relaxing while incorporating essential oils and massage-y assists. 

*Students can opt out of essential oils and hands-on assists if desired.*
