Slow Massage Flow

Designed to reduce stress and increase self-awareness, expect to move slowly through accessible postures to allow the mind to calm and the body to find ease. Practiced primarily on the floor, poses are deliberate and unhurried, and are not physically demanding. Class often includes the use of props for support, essential oils, soothing music, hands-on assists, and long holds. Each class is infused with the teacher’s personal style - see individual teacher bios for more information!

Slow Massage Flow is great for students looking for a slower practice focused on stretching, relaxing, gentle assists, and mindfulness. Treat yourself well, you deserve it.

*Students can opt-out of essential oils and hands-on assists if desired.*
