In this class, poses are curated from beginning to end to build stability and power of both mind and body. Less poses means longer holds. You’ll be invited to use the depth and rhythm of your breath to support the body while moving through both strong and more passive movements. Prepare the mind for the obstacles of everyday life by slowing down to nurture yourself!
Everyone is welcome in this class.

Our suggested donation for a drop-in class is $13 and a membership is $80, but always pay what works for you and truly mean that!
