Heather Pearson (she/her) has been leading movement group classes since 2008. She completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in the spring of 2015 with Paul Toliuszis in Miami Beach, FL.  Her love of move...
In this class, various yoga poses are curated from beginning to end to build stability and power of both mind and body. Less poses means holding each pose longer. You’ll be invited to use the depth and rhythm of your breath to support the body while moving through both strong and more passive movements. Prepare the mind for the obstacles of everyday life by slowing down to nurture yourself! This class ends with deep relaxation accompanied by the soothing and healing vibrations of singing bowls!

What’s a sound bath?

“In general, a sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself” - verywellmind.com

Everyone is welcome in this class.
