This event has ended.
Class begins with centering and grounding in this combination Yin/Yang class. We then slowly flow to warm up the body and build strength while connecting our breath with movement.
Moving to the floor for our gooey yin practice, we find stillness in each pose, holding the poses for 2-5 minutes each with the support of props, softening our muscles to allow us to reach the deepest layers of our body. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints of the body while helping us find a place of peace and quiet within ourselves.
Everyone is welcome in this all-levels class.
