Join Kristen Hindes at Perkins Pier Saturday mornings at 9:00am for an outdoor morning Flow class!  This is a wonderful opportunity to move and grove in the morning and catch the Burlington Farmer's Market following! Bring a towel for under your mat, a hat, sunblock, and anything else you may need!  

In a Flow style class, expect to link breath with a continuous flow of movement in this strong, active practice. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat by moving through grounded and standing postures while focusing on the power of breath awareness. Sequences often flow through sun salutations and offer options to practice standing balances and arm balances. Each class is infused with the teacher’s personal style - see individual teacher bios for more information!
Flow is excellent for students who find that moving helps create a state of physical exertion and mental concentration leading to deeper relaxation and steadiness after class.

Everyone is welcome in this class, some yoga experience is encouraged. 

You can find class on the green to the left of the parking lot after you arrive at the Pier! 

Not a member? All classes are donation-based. When you sign up, you’ll see the option to ‘choose your own donation’. At Sangha Studio, one of our core values is accessibility. This includes financial accessibility. We want everyone to practice yoga no matter what! Our suggested donation is $10-$15, but always pay what works for you!
