This event has ended.
This class is designed for folks looking for some mindful movement in the midst of their day & can be done fully in the chair or on the mat - It's a choose your own adventure style class! . Practice starts in a seat (on the mat or in a chair) & offers a brief meditation, pranayama (breathing practice), and then shifts into asana (physical movement) within your seat or chair & then moves to some standing postures that can be done on their own or with the support of a chair. Discover how inward awareness, slowing down and using props allows you to open the subtle body and to strengthen the body-mind connection.
Everyone - all ages & abilities - is welcome in this class.
