Flowing sequences guide you through an exploration of the lower body in order to foster opening. Then glide into more resting postures to promote grounding and a sense of ease. If you’re looking for a balance of movement and restorative postures focused around the hips and hamstrings, the roots of our body, this is the class for you! Grab some pillows and blankets to make this practice extra comfy!
