Registration is closed, but please check other Sangha Studio Events
In the spirit of community & this months' theme of growth, we’re joining forces with Local Maverick for an evening of yoga & local snacks that help support the growth of Vermont small businesses! Maverick Market at 110 is right around the corner from our Pine location & houses a curated marketplace & tasting room to showcase local food, drink, craft, and art businesses.
This event includes an all-levels 60 minute flow class taught by Claire Pascal (she/they) followed by a sampling of sweet & savory snacks (with vegan & gluten free options), including smoothies & kombucha, cheese, crackers & kimchi, & chocolate & cookies. Practice will include grounding shapes to open & connect, followed by bigger movement to foster curiosity & expansion.

About Claire:
Claire Pascal (she/they) is a cis, able-bodied, queer witch who lives in Essex, Vermont with their wife and son. In addition to teaching, they are Co-Executive Director at the studio. Claire started their yoga practice at Sangha as a reluctant (and skeptical) participant after moving to Vermont and seeking places they could build community and make connection. They found a warm and welcoming community in Sangha. They came for the friendships, and through that developed a deep love for jumping on the mat and moving their body.

They found a warm and welcoming community in Sangha. They came for the friendships, and through that developed a deep love for jumping on the mat and moving their body.
They graduated from Sangha Studio's 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in June 2022 and their own personal yoga practice focuses on the intersection of social justice and empowered movement. With an emphasis on spirituality and the energetic body, Claire strives to infuse everyday magick into their classes. Drawing from all eight limbs of this practice, Claire believes that yoga is a spiritual tool we can use to not only fill our own cups, but to also find resilience to step into our power as change makers and change agents living within deeply broken systems. They aim to create a container where students can gain a deep sense of community and a curiosity around how they take up space and show up for themselves and for others.
