Gentle Yoga is different from Gentle Flow in that there is less impact, longer holds, and more stillness. In this class expect mostly grounded shapes held for longer periods of time, allowing for opening and softening of the body and improvement of flexibility and mobility. Variations will be shown for each pose, and the emphasis will be on empowering students to make the best decisions for their body. 

Everyone is welcome in this class. This class is especially great if you are new to yoga, feeling stiff & sore, or looking for low impact on your joints (especially the ankles and wrists).
