Join us outside on the green in front of Kismet Place at our Williston location for a lovely strong & slow practice to round out your week!

Strong & Slow is a mindful and nourishing practice that combines accessible yoga postures with breath and intentional transitions for a well-rounded practice. With a slower pace, there’s time to explore individual postures so that new students can build confidence and familiarity, while more experienced students can refine alignment and explore deeper sensations. Strong & Slow is great for students looking to build strength and flexibility by slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply.

Everyone is welcome in this class.

**Class will move indoors to our studio if inclement weather occurs.**
