An intermediate level Flow class that begins with breath work and a strong warm up, then moves through a challenging Flow that weaves together intelligent sequencing and builds toward a peak posture. Expect creative transitions throughout the class.

Flow II is great for students who already have a Flow practice and are looking to advance their practice through new postures, transitions, and movements.

Yoga experience is highly recommended. This class will explore physically demanding postures and transitions and is the most challenging of the Flow classes we offer. Students should have familiarity with the alignment of foundational yoga poses, such as warrior postures, plank/downward dog/chaturanga dandasana, and basic standing balances.

This class moves at a quick pace, so some prior yoga experience is helpful.
