Core Flow is a vigorous flow class that focuses on building core strength. Sequences are active and creative and often include sun salutations, arm balances and inversions. A strong core can support the entire yoga practice by improving balance, stability, and overall strength. Off the mat, core strength can also help prevent back pain and improve posture.
 
Core Flow is great for students looking for an even stronger Flow-style class, specifically focused on the core while still moving through a whole-body experience.
 
Everyone is welcome in this class, some yoga experience encouraged. This class moves at a quick pace, so some prior yoga experience is helpful.
