This class is a gentler version of our Core Flow class. It is a Flow class that focuses on building core strength and stability. The intention of this class is to build heat in a grounded, low impact way while flowing through postures with guided cues about anatomical alignment. A strong core can support the entire yoga practice by improving balance, stability, and overall strength. Off the mat, core strength can also help prevent back pain and improve posture.
 
Core Flow is great for students looking for an even stronger Flow-style class, specifically focused on the core while still moving through a whole-body experience.
 
Everyone is welcome in this class, some yoga experience encouraged.
