These Sunday evening mindfulness practice sessions are offered by New Leaf Sangha, a local community practicing in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh. Each Sunday practice includes sitting and walking meditation, a shared reading, and listening deeply to one another. While these sessions are based on Buddhist teachings, you don’t need to be a Buddhist to join - all are welcome!
