Chair Yoga aims to bring the yoga practice to those with visible mobility issues, non-visible injuries, central nervous system diseases, degenerative diseases, chronic pain, along with physical, mental, emotional and behavioral challenges.
These classes host all the elements of a traditional flow class – breathing exercises (Pranayama), yoga poses (Asana), and an ending relaxation (Savasana) - often in a chair, allowing for personalized modifications, and use of various props.
Discover how inward awareness, alignment adjustments, and use of props allows you to open the subtle body and to strengthen the body-mind connection.
Everyone is welcome in this class.
