Join Amy for a four week series about learning how to trust our bodies. Throughout our lives, we lose connection with our bodies, perhaps because of weight stigma or chronic illness. Join us to be in community, in a weight-neutral space where you can get out of your head and into your body. Each 90 session will consist of a mix of gentle and/or yin yoga, discussion, breathing, and meditation, always themed around body liberation and building trust with our bodies through kindness and gentle movement.

Have to miss one or more classes? We still encourage you to sign up for the series & pay what makes sense for you. Amy will be in communication & share resources via email with folks who are unable to attend the whole series.

About Amy
After years of feeling disconnected from her body due to diet culture and chronic illness, Amy has attended courses in body liberation, Health at Every Size (HAES), and intuitive eating. She is certified in Yoga For All and Yin Yoga Therapy, utilizing yoga as a healing modality for those who feel uncomfortable in their bodies. Her classes offer space for students to build the skill of interoception, learning how to assess what's going on inside the body.
