Accessible Flow: Chair + Mat Practice is a class for everyone and anyone! Whether you are looking for a seated practice, to ease from the chair onto the mat, or to use the chair as a prop supporting your asana practice, you can feel confident that you'll find it here.

In this gentle practice, we will begin with a brief meditation, pranayama (breathing practice), and then shift into the asana (physical movement) part of practice. Each class will start in the chair, where we will go through a sequence and then move onto the mat. Practitioners can complete the practice fully in the chair or on the mat - It's a choose your own adventure style class! Discover how inward awareness, slowing down and using props allows you to open the subtle body and to strengthen the body-mind connection.

Everyone is welcome in this class.
