30-Minute Flow

This quick half-hour practice is designed to get you moving and energized to get back out into your day! This class is very similar to our signature Flow classes but condensed into a shorter format so that you still have plenty of time to wind down from your day. Expect to move through both standing and grounded poses with fluid transitions between each pose.

Everyone is welcome in this class. This class moves at a quick pace, so some prior yoga experience is helpful.
