For the Navaratri Season, we are integrating our regular soulful wellness classes for a daily Shakti Sadhana. 

This introduction to our embodied Shakti Sadhana will take you through our daily flow of Atma Puja * Shakti Pranams to Mantra and Devi Kavacha (Sacred Armor of the Goddess) Recitation along with honoring the aspect of Durga or the Great Mother as part of the nine-day journey.
