Gentle Vinyasa Yoga

Taking us back to the root of where the physical practice of Yoga comes from, Rina Jakubowicz presents us with Gentle Vinyasa. A traditional, yet fun-loving and non-competitive class with basic Sun Salutations, a flow of standing poses, balancing poses and deep stretches. Restorative poses and relaxation at the end. All levels welcome.
Classes may be longer than 45 minutes.
