Morning Meditation

Join us each month on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8am-8:20am for 20 minutes of daily meditation.

One time payment of $30 gets you access to all Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the month.

$5 for a daily drop in.

All Prema monthly/yearly subscribers will have full access to each session. 

All proceeds will go toward the development & growth of our Prema Hummingbirds Mutual Aid Fund.
