A highly creative and mindful vinyasa practice with a strong emphasis on breath and correct alignment. Usually integrates pranayama practice, chanting and has meditative tone. Challenging yet always offers the option to modify and make it applicable to all. 6 months + experience with practicing yoga recommended.
