Kula Flow is breath centered, alignment focused, and is filled with creative sequencing. They are a combination of Iyengar and Ashtanga. From the Iyengar school of thought, there is a strong focus on the alignment of each pose and some poses are held for a longer period of time cultivating strength, flexibility, and awareness. This is paired with the Ashtanga school of thought that synchronizes breath and movement in a sequence from one posture to the next.
