Monday Night Meditation Class
Join me for a live, virtual Monday night meditation class. Centered on a new topic each month, this class relates classic meditation teachings to our real life struggles and joys. My focus is always on making meditation accessible, understandable and most importantly do-able!
Each class starts with an inspirational talk and then we sit for a 20-minute guided meditation focused on how to live our lives more mindfully, easily, and happily. No experience is needed!
