Beginning a yoga practice can be intimidating, we know it takes courage to try something new. Our intention with this 6 week series is to give you the foundations to begin a regular yoga practice and the confidence to join our group classes. There is truly something for everyone, so throughout this 6 week course you can expect introductions into physical postures, transitions, and alignment; guided breathwork and meditation techniques; exploration of yoga practice styles such as vinyasa (flow) and yin (restorative). 

This series can be joined on any of our memberships and pass options, or save big by purchasing our beginner yoga package that gives you all 6 classes for $66 (plus tax). These classes are only good for the beginner yoga series classes, most cost effective if you are able to come to at least 3 of the classes!
