Kripalu Yoga is the yoga of compassion and consciousness. This class is great for beginners to all levels. Kripalu yoga allows for compassion to be our guide, through gentle movement done with breath. We move slow and mindful through yoga poses and stretches, allowing space to be created in the body and mind.
 A gentle way of building strength, flexabuilaty and mindfulness.
