Gain expanded understanding around the science of breath, breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and the
time tested techniques of Yoga.

You will discover how to use the breath to control systems in the body, taking care of the mind as you
become sovereign over thoughts and experience your true ground of being.
This workshop will invite you to discover a deeper relationship with the breath and its resource as a key
tool for discovering the grounding, centering and expanded awareness states of the mind through
meditation techniques.
There will be physical practice , breathwork journeys, technique breakdown, practical application,
discussion and study in this workshop. Please be prepared to participate in all aspects of this upleveling.
As students of Yoga and life, this workshop will enhance and enliven your practice.
