Our bodies hold onto movement patterns from our daily life, injury or underlying structure. Each Mindful Movement class is structured for deep release and exploration not for necessarily for vinyasa. We move with the aim that we can become aware of and potentially release restriction, pain or discomfort in the body and hopefully the mind too. Please be sure to have props close by including two blocks, a belt, a blanket. If you have a bolster or other props they may be helpful but not mandatory.
