Slow down and take a moment for yourself. Join Michelle for a yin yoga class that is quiet and contemplative. You'll work into the connective tissues and fascia of your body, especially in the hips. Expect to spend some time in postures while focusing on the breath. You'll leave feeling as if you've just had a deep tissue massage.
