This class is designed to get you out of your head and into your body. The sequence of asanas will draw from a full range of asanas, including standing, seated, twisting, inverted, back-bending, balancing, and relaxation poses. Classes will have a postural, anatomical, or philosophical focus. Lara adapts each class to meet the needs of the students in attendance. All levels are welcome.
